Manager, Agency Productivity

Design and execute innovative productivity acceleration programs to engage and grow Core and Elite agents across regions as well as drive key productivity KPIs such as active agents, case per active, and case size, number of elite agents

• Design and execute innovative productivity acceleration programs to engage and grow Core and Elite agents across regions as well as drive key productivity KPIs such as active agents, case per active, and case size, number of elite agents
• Develop retention and progression initiatives to support Core agents in advancing to Elite, MDRT, and higher performance tiers.
• Collaborate with Training, Sales, and Marketing… teams to develop toolkits, training content, and digital engagement materials to enhance field productivity.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fiance, Business, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Strong track record in designing and executing field programs and engagement activities that drive performance results.

• Undertake special assignments and various initiatives that promote productivity and sales growth.
• Work closely with Sales leaders to ensure seamless execution of productivity programs aligned with strategic priorities.
• Monitor progress and measure program impact through both quantitative (KPIs) and qualitative (agent feedback) methods.
